Shipping Policy
At Partstunt, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order, as we are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders with cleared payment are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
- Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier, destination, and service selected.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Holidays
- Carrier operational issues
Partstunt is not responsible for carrier-related transit delays after an order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
If you have not received tracking information within 2–3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@partstunt.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return Guidelines
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Please contact support@partstunt.com before returning any item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Change of Mind / No Longer Needed
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer need the product:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Photos of the original outer shipping box.
- Photos of all shipping labels attached to the package.
- Photos showing any damage to the packaging.
This information is required for us to investigate the issue with the carrier and warehouse and to determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
